Explanation of the shop floor working/ processes

The explanation of the shop floor process starts from the very inception of the order of the products by the customer. Once the products are manufactured they need to be dispatched to the customer and the final delivery of the product involves quite a consumption of resources. The amount of work done by the employees, worker output, wastage and utilization of resources needs to be analyzed using the process.
